Raising Your Vibrations To Attract Abundance, Happiness, and Love

What does “raising your vibrations” actually mean? And what does it have to do with abundance, happiness and love?

I’ll get to my point in a second.

In case you didn’t know, the entire universe is made up of atoms and atoms are made of energy.

You are made of energy; your cells, everything that you are is made up of energy that vibrates.

As Albert Einstein said: “Everything in life is vibration.”

Do you get a feeling whenever you meet with someone and you feel so exhausted and drained after spending just an hour with them?

Or that feeling you get when a person walks in the room and your mood suddenly lightens up?

Or that time when you eat a colorful hearty meal or you spend time with nature,  and you instantly feel good?

Before we go any further, I want to set something straight.

What is a vibration?

It is a state of “being.”

When you are vibrating on a high frequency you will feel an inner calmness, where it cannot be deciphered by the mind but only felt on the inside.

You will feel lighter. Like you’re walking on air —your physical, emotional and mental health working perfectly.

You will feel a burst of energy, clarity, creativity, joy, and inner peace as you begin to arise from beyond the mind.

When you are vibrating high, you are attracting all the good – which are, abundance instead of scarce, love instead of hatred and happiness instead of anguish.

Whereas, when you have a low vibration. You are in fear, full of hatred and blame.

You attract the opposite of all the good things mentioned above.

In order to achieve this, you have to keep yourself balanced, you need to take control of your vibrations.

These are the activities you can do to raise your vibrations:

  • Meditation
  • Yoga
  • Sound bath
  • Crystal Therapy
  • Reiki
  • Sunlight (sunbathing, walking around getting some sun)

Here are more things you can do to raise your frequency for abundance, love and happiness.

1. Eat high-vibration and sustainable foods

Eat something from the earth like plants. Prana or life force energy or some call it dead energy can be found on meat or processed food. This can lower your vibration.

Because of availability and accessibility, this can be quite hard to follow, and when you deprive yourself of what you love to eat, it can also lower your vibration. So what would be the best approach? Be thankful and mindful in every bite, and pay attention to how eating certain foods make you feel.

Try to eat nutrient-dense food as much as possible.

These are examples of high vibration food:

  • Springwater
  • Herbal tea
  • Honey
  • Raw chocolate
  • Fresh fruits
  • Seeds
  • Nuts
  • Rice

2. Reduce consumption of toxins (alcohol)

Alcohol is a depressant, yes it may calm your nerves but it lowers your vibration. Alcohol numbs you up and gives you a temporary “good feeling” which will crash later on.

If you’re feeling down and you drink alcohol, chances are you’ll feel a lot worse after.

Adapting to a healthful, holistic and “sober” lifestyle will make you see life as it is with eyes wide open and senses intact.

3. Control your use of social media

Social media can sometimes be a source of negativity and fear, especially at a time such as now where the world is full of worry, fear, racism, disease and more.

Yes, you should keep yourself informed but you have to watch the media you consume. You don’t have to dwell on negative news and jump into the bandwagon of angry and disappointed citizens.

This can totally get your vibrations to a nose-dive. Leaving you feeling empty and scared.

4. Consume High-Vibration Media (Music, Books, and Movies)

How does watching a violent movie make you feel? Opt for feel-good movies that don’t talk about death and devastation.

How about your workout music? Do they contribute to the anxiety or does it make you feel less worried and more comfortable?

You can try changing your playlist by listening to songs with high vibration, think of death metal versus mantras or meditation music. Remember this: Lyrics matter.

Still related to media, dance it out!

You can do some Zumba at home while you’re quarantined. Dancing can help you release negative emotions and lets your brain release happy hormones.

5. Practice mindfulness

When you practice mindfulness you are practicing the state of being and you can reach enlightenment.

This is one of the best ways to raise your vibrations, being aware of the here and now will allow you to become grateful for your existence and to focus on what’s in front of you.

This also helps you become more compassionate and be kind to others and yourself.

6. Control Your Thoughts

As humans, it is innate for us to lean towards negativity. Here’s why: in prehistoric times our ancestors stay alert for survival and that’s why negative news and memories linger more than good ones.

There is a constant mental noise erring towards negativity. Be mindful of your thoughts and where it takes you.

When you feel like you’re doing the negative self-talk, accept them, thank them and ask yourself if it is valid for you to think that way. Examine your thoughts.

When you get your answer move on to positive thinking.

Your mind controls you, but you can find ways to break free from it. You are a prisoner of your own mind and validating your thoughts can help get freedom.

7. Think Positively

Related to number 5, first validate then move on to number 6. When you linger on negative thoughts this can drag your vibrations down.

And you will become drawn to situations that immortalize those feelings.

However, when you think positively you will suddenly have a better mood, your vibrations will instantly rise. Also, you will always see the silver lining in every situation.

No matter how difficult it is.

Do this:

Create a list of affirmations in the sense that you already have them.

For example: “I am healthy..” “I am happy…” “I will get through this.” “Today will be an awesome day.”

Start your day reciting them and you’ll see how your vibrations are lifted.

8. Practice Gratitude

This is a pre-requisite to number 7. When you can’t find ways to think positively, count your blessings. Do you have a roof over your head? Do you have food on the table? Are your family members healthy?

Practicing gratefulness instantly puts you into a higher vibrational state. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, focus on what you have.

A home, a family, a healthy body…

Change your mindset: I have to work? or I get to work?

See the difference?

Make a list of all the things you are grateful for

9. Spend Time With Nature

Spending time with nature where you can see trees mountains, the grass is like spending one-on-one time with mother earth and guess what? They too have a vibration.

Even just a few minutes outdoors can positively shift your mood. Also, according to a study it is proven to help lower stress and cure depression.

10. Mind Your Chakras

Your seven chakras are the energy centers of your body, they control each part of you, and also controls your spirituality and emotional well being.

You can make full use of your chakras to raise your vibration.

The Chakras run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

Closing

You can clear your blockages through chakra balancing meditation, and the best tool to support this is to use crystals that support chakra balancing.

The truth is you never really know which of your Chakras are blocked and which Crystals you need to get until you get a diagnosis.

Here’s a quick Crystal Diagnosis that can help you decipher which crystal you need to get in order to achieve abundance, love, happiness or spiritual awakening.
