Welcome to our live coaching services. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scheduling and Rescheduling:
– Sessions must be scheduled at least [insert time frame, e.g., 24 hours] in advance.
– If you need to reschedule, please do so at least [insert time frame, e.g., 12 hours] before the session.
2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made less than [insert time frame, e.g., 12 hours] before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
– If you need to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges.
3. No-Show Policy:
– A “no-show” is when a client fails to attend a session without prior notification.
– In the event of a no-show, the coach will wait for a maximum of [insert time frame, e.g., 15 minutes] before ending the session.
– If a client no-shows more than three times, we reserve the right to forfeit their remaining coaching sessions. This is because our coaches have committed their time and resources in anticipation of the session.
4. Payment and Refunds:
– Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
– Refunds for missed sessions are not provided, except under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
5. Confidentiality:
– All sessions are confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
6. Disclaimer:
– Our coaching sessions are intended for personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice, such as medical, legal, or financial advice.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
– We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
